This is a really great
shirt! It is a Nudie's Rodeo Tailors shirt that was made for Mickey
Rooney and was worn by him in two episodes of the TV show "Wagon
Train". In "Greenhorn Story" in 1959 and again in "Wagons Ho!" In
1961. It's a really great western cowboy shirt! It's made from a
canvas denim type material. It has awesome embroidery work with
thunderbirds and other southwestern designs. The fringe is made from
soft suede leather. There is a fair amount of fringe missing on the
shoulders and down the arms. It has the Nudie
label as well as the label with Micky Rooney's name, the number
and the date 8-27-59. The is one of a kind collectors piece. It was
made by the world famous Nudie Cohn, Nudie's Rodeo
Tailors of North Hollywood. Nudie shirts and suits are
famous for their workmanship. This is no exception. The embroidery work is still
beautiful and tight after all these years. A great Nudie shirt worn by
a great actor Mickey Rooney.
This is part of my personal collection and is
not for sale. However..
***Due to popular demand I have added a price. This
is how much it will take for me to part with this shirt. I do
understand that possibly no one will be willing to pay my price, but
then again I don't really want to part with it. But if I were to
part with it this is how much it would take.***
$3999
