Payment: I accept secure payments through Paypal including credit card payments made through Paypal, and check/money orders. Checks must clear before items are shipped.
Shipping: Please allow 1 -2 weeks on new Rockmount shirts (depending on availability. If I have the item in stock it will ship within 1-2 days via USPS priority shipping w/delivery confirmation. If I don't have the item in stock then it will take additional time to order it and get it to you. Occasionally items will be out of stock from Rockmount. In this case you will be informed via email and given the choice if you want to keep your item on backorder and have it shipped at a later date. Or if you don't want to wait for the item you can cancel your order and your money will be refunded.
Returns:
PLEASE CHECK MEASUREMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING. SHIRTS RUN LARGER THAN NORMAL.
Normally I have not been accepting returns. The reason being is if the tags have been removed, the shirt mis-handled, etc I cannot sell it as new. However I have recently reconsidered my return policy and it is now as follows: (for NEW items only)
If you wish to EXCHANGE a new shirt, I will exchange it under the following conditions.
- buyer pays to ship the shirt back
- the shirt must be returned to me in the same condition and packaging as it was sent. In other words it must be re-pinned and clipped, or folded nicely and put in the original plastic bag.
- It must have the tags still attached and be in unworn/unwashed condition.
- Buyer pays for shipping the new shirt they are exchanging for back to the buyer (usually $7.20 USPS priority in the USA, $25.56 for international.)
If you wish to RETURN an Item I will accept returns under the following conditions:
- Buyer pays to ship item back to me.
- the item must be returned to me in the same condition and packaging as it was sent. In other words it must be re-pinned and clipped, or folded nicely and put in the original plastic bag.
- It must have the tags still attached and be in unworn/unwashed condition.
- Item is subject to a 15% restocking fee (to cover fees, handling, and original shipping).
- Items not returned in original plastic, or with the tags missing, or not folded nicely, or do not meet the requirements stated above WILL NOT be accepted.
I will only accept returns (on USED items) if the item is grossly mis-represented. Vintage items are sold AS-IS. Please ask all questions before purchasing. Check the "Customer Care" link for more information.
